PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for inspecting an accuracy in folding which can inspect various defective folds produced in section in a short time on a single inspection stage. CONSTITUTION:A folding accuracy inspecting apparatus is used for a folding machine to fold a section 7 transferred in the direction A into a predetermined size. A pair of section detecting devices 10a, 10b are disposed on positions corresponding to two diagonal corners of the section 7 on the conveying path A of the section 7. The respective section detecting devices 10a, 10b have respectively line sensors 11X, 11Y and 12X, 12Y on two orthogonal directions as detecting regions P, Q. These folding accuracy inspecting apparatus is preferably provided particularly in a chopper folding part in the folding machine having three folding parts, a former folding part, buckle folding part and chopper folding part. |
