PURPOSE: To regulate and treat processing of information recorded and positioned of a relative entry, preferential sequencing, expediting state of an item, a completing state or the like by utilizing a record having areas disposing a color-changing reaction when adjacently disposed by using a reactant composition and a coreaction composition. CONSTITUTION: A record 12 having first and second areas disposed to conduct a color-charging reaction when adjacently disposed by using a reactant composition and a coreaction composition is utilized. The reaction composition 28 is effected by a treating a color change and a color making on a second area. The coreaction composition is first color marked on the first area of the record 12. Further, the apparatus and the method are used to deposit the coreaction composition on the first and second areas in the form of encoded information as a writing instrument 30. Information on the first area is first color marked, and information on the second area is color changed, and then second color changed to indicate contrast between the first and second color markings. |
