PURPOSE:To produce a seasoned boiled egg ready to eat as it is without using salt, etc., by just rinding an egg shell. CONSTITUTION:(1) A seasoning is mixed with a high concentration aqueous solution of salt in a pan, boiled and then cooled to ordinary temperature. (2) Pure water is filled in an another pan and a raw egg with an egg shell is boiled. (3) A boiled egg with an egg shell made in (2) is immediately dipped in a mixed solution obtained in (1) and the egg is seasoned by slow penetration of salt and the seasoning with taking time through tiny holes of the egg shell. |
