calculating vehicle velocity and a controlling value of a proportional solenoid due to the calculated velocity by inputing the circulating number of engine and vehicle velocity signal; calculating controlling object value by compensating the varied value due to the variation of source voltage; determining whether velocity sensor is connected by deciding the input of the vehicle velocity signal during the determined time; determining whether the state of the solenoid is out of order; and controlling the current flow which flows in the solenoid by using a pulse width modulation which varies on-time of constant frequency due to the calculated controlling object value.
