PURPOSE:To provide a non-puncture tire with a strength, slip resistance, cushioning property, and low hysteresis loss by forming a treated part integrally with a side wall part, a cushion part, and a wheel mounting part of larger expansion ratio using non-foaming or low foaming polyurethane. CONSTITUTION:The treated part 18 of a non-puncture tire 17 is formed out of non-foaming or low-foaming polyurethane with an expansion ratio of 0 to 2. Also a cushion part 19, a wheel mounting part 20, and a side wall 21 are formed integrally out of polyurethane with an expansion ratio of 2 to 4 which is larger than that of the treated part 18. Then a tire removal preventing reinforcement 12 is installed on the surface of the wheel mounting part 20. Thus the rolling resistance, cornering force, braking wear resistance of a tire can be increased. |
