PURPOSE:To obtain a head rest which is a molded product to be obtained by molding a skin material and polyurethane foam raw materials in a body, favorable in degassing properties during foam curing of foam raw materials, free from generation of a foam and has flexible surface layer and soft sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:A skin material wherein backing of acrylic polyester is on the rear of moquette and its permeability is 0.01-1.0cm<3>/cm<2>/sec. is sewn into a form of a head rest of a private car, this skin cover is held into a foaming mold, foam raw materials are cast into the skin cover for foaming and curing. Foaming pressure is taken as 1.3kg/cm<2>. Demolding is performed after foaming and curing and a head rest whose surface is comprised of the moquette and the inside of which is comprised of a polyurethane foam is obtained. |
