PURPOSE:To provide a honeycomb panel comprised of an aluminum alloy whose heat resistance, productivity and reliability are high by welding within a narrow groove by laser and its manufacture. CONSTITUTION:In a honeycomb panel made of an aluminum alloy comprised of a core 2 having an uneven shape possessing a flat part and two face sheets 3 placing the top and bottom of the core 2 between the face sheets 3, it is comprised by welding the core 2 and the face sheet 3 together by applying pulse CO2 laser beams 10, 11 to a groove prepared in the flat part where the core 2 and face sheet 3 come into contact with each other. |
