PURPOSE:To obtain the beverage either colorless or colored by an appropriate coloring matter to a desired color tone, by adding a reductive substance to a red-brown ferritin solution. CONSTITUTION:This beverage is obtained by incorporating a red-brown ferritin solution with a reductive substance (e.g vitamin C, vitamin E) at an amount >=15 times the iron contained in the solution. The iron content of a drink of this beverage as an iron-replenisher should be 0.1-20 (pref. 1-5) mg. |
