PURPOSE:To provide a transparent packaging material having high barrier properties not damaged even when hot water treatment, for example, retorting is performed, excellent in strength and suitably usable in heat sealing. CONSTITUTION:A packaging material is obtained by laminating at least three layers, that is, a sealant layer 1, a stretched nylon layer composed of stretched nylon wherein the average shrinkage factor of a single layer with a thickness of 15mum measured at 120 deg.C for 30 minutes in a hot water retort is below 6.0% and the max. difference of between shrinkage factors in respective directions is 2% or less and an inorg. matter vapor deposition layer 3. |
