METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DEBURRING AND CHAMFERING EDGE PART OF OPENING PART EXTENDING THROUGH TUBE BUNDLE-HOLDING PLATE

PURPOSE: To provide a process and a device for deburring and chamfering an edge of an opening extending through a plate maintaining a bundle of tubes arranged with a regular network structure. CONSTITUTION: At least one brush rotatable about an axis parallel to the plate 1 and to a plane containing a row of openings 2 of the plate 1 is moved along the rectilinear paths 5a, 5b, 5c parallel to the plane of bearing surfaces of the openings 2 of the row of the plate 1. Preferably a device comprises a brushing unit mounted at the end of an articulated arm of a robot, and the robot permits the movement of the brushing unit in succession along the rectilinear paths 5a, 5b, 5c constituting several groups in which the paths are parallel to the same direction.
