PURPOSE:To facilitate production and to regulate a projection quantity of an air bag main body by means of a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A pad 10 for an air bag device, in which an air bag to be expanded toward an occupant in a collision of a vehicle is built in, is provided with a breakage expectation part to be broken by an expansion pressure when the air bag is expanded, and the breakage expectation part consists of the first breakage expectation part 12a to be broken when the expansion pressure of the air bag becomes the first predetermined pressure and the second breakage expectation part, 12b to be broken when the expansion pressure of the air bag becomes the second predetermined pressure which is larger than the first predetermined pressure. |
