PURPOSE:To obtain a laver feedstock alga reservoir capable of maintaining the freshness of feedstock algae with a small amount of seawater, and having function to automatically feed the feedstock algae to the next process after removing bacteria or stains therefrom. CONSTITUTION:A hopper-shaped reservoir 2 with cage structure is mounted on a boat-shaped seawater tank 1 and covered with a shading member with combined function to prevent splashing to reserve feedstock algae in a dark atmosphere. The feedstock algae are sprayed with seawater uniformly with a rotary sprinkler 9 installed on the ceiling of the reservoir along with being sprayed with seawater or its fine bubbles intermittently with a nozzle attached on the bottom of the reservoir 2, thus maintaining the freshness of the algae while loosening and washing them, and the resultant algae are automatically fed to the next process. |
