PURPOSE:To provide a gas sterilizer to discharge the gas outside sufficiently diluted sterilizing gas such as ethylene oxide, etc., after use. CONSTITUTION:A throttle valve and a third valve 10 are parallelly connected to each other on the middle part between a vacuum pump 7 and the second valve 6 in the halfway of an exhaust pipe 8. After the sterilization treatment of the object, when the sterilizing gas is discharged outside from the inside of a sterilizing vessel 1 through the exhaust pipe 8, the gas is passed through a throttle valve 9 by closing the third valve 10. The exhaust sterilizing gas passed through the throttle valve 9 is send to the ejector type vacuum pump 7 little by little and discharged outside. |
