PURPOSE:To preheat evenly a plurality of bead wires at a proper temperature even if a factor exerting an effect upon quantity of heat such as an environmental temperature or a conveying speed to be imparted to the bead wire is varied and to control generation of a curling habit on the respective bead wires. CONSTITUTION:Since the title device is constituted so that heating is performed by an eddy current to be generated when an electric current is sent between cylinders 16A, 16B without electrifying directly a bead wire 10, the bead wire 10 is free from heating irregularity by a change of contact resistance to be generated when the bead wire is electrified by stretching the wire between electrodes and curling habit also is not generated. Then since electric wires 18A, 18B are wound respectively around the cylinders 16A, 16B in a coil-like state and made so that two kinds of eddy currents are forced to generate by electrification of the bead wire 10, a change ratio of the eddy current is controlled and dispersion in the temperatures among the bead wires 10 each can be controlled. |
