The fiber treating agent is composed of chitosan, collagen, amino silicone or ethylene vinyl acetate germicide, deodorizer and dyeing agent, etc. In example, the functional fiber is treated with the treating agent composed of 50% ethylene vinyl acetate, 30% water, 5% deodorizer, 2% bactericidal agent, 9% ceramic fine particle, 30% chitosan/collagen compound and 1% thickener. The fiber treating agent has a good sterilization and deodorizing characteristic.
