<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a water-born resin composition which is useful as a coating, primer, adhesive, printing ink or the like because of its excellent adhesion to an olefin base material, water resistance and solvent resistance by dispersing a chlorinated olefin-containing polymer and an oxazoline group-containing polymer in an aqueous medium. CONSTITUTION:(A) Chlorinated polyolefin-containing polymer (preferably having carboxyl groups) and (B) an oxazoline group-containing polymer (preferably a addition polymerizable oxazoline compound such as 2-isopropenyl-2-oxazoline is used in an amount of 0.5 to 50wt.%) are dispersed in an aqueous medium to give the object composition.</p> |
