<p>A level shift circuit (1) for a voltage input signal (S,SN) presenting at least first and a second high-voltage levels, the circuit comprising two parallel branches (2,3) each formed by a current modulator (6,7,9; 14,15,17) and signal converters (8,16). The current modulators are supplied with two signals (S,SN) in phase opposition to each other, and generate current signals (I7,I15) whose value depend on the level of the respective input signal (S,SN); the signal converters (8,16) convert the current signals (I7,I15) into ground-related voltage signals (V1,V2). The signal converters (8,16) together form a single-ended differential circuit (20), the output (21) of which therefore presents a low-voltage digital signal which can be processed by normal digital circuits and is unaffected by noise or variations in supply voltage. <IMAGE></p> |
