<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly suck and remove chips in a dust collecting cover by providing a discharge port to discharge the compressed air toward the circumferential direction on the lower part in the space surrounded by the dust collecting cover. CONSTITUTION:When the compressed air is supplied to a supply tube 30 by the action of an air pump, the air is forcibly supplied to each discharge pipe 32 and a connecting tube 33 through a branched metal 31. The air which is forcibly fed to this connecting tube 33 flows through the clearance 26 of a nozzle tube 25, and is annularly discharged downward from a nozzle 26a, and the chips of the cutting surface of a tool 6 are discharged in the outer circumferential direction. The air discharged from a discharge port 32a of each discharge tube 32 is discharged in the circumferential direction at the lower part in a dust collecting cover, and upward at the same time. This constitution generates the upwardly circulating air flow in the dust collecting cover 15 to make the chips in the dust collecting cover 15 afloat, and flow in the direction of a dust flowing passage 7.</p> |
