The cool air blower filters dust or abnormal materials by passing the blown air through sprayed cool water particles. The blower comprises an air discharge hole(1b) formed on a wall surrounding a cylindrical body(1); an air suction hole(1a) formed on an upper part of the cylindrical body(1); an air cleaning part(1d) separated by a partition(1c); an air suction fan(3) positioned at the hole(1a); a motor(M) supported by a multiple of supporting members(1f); a connection shaft(6) installed between a motor shaft(2) and a pump(5). There is no need of the periodical exchange of filters as in the conventional air conditioner.
