Dry mortar compsn. comprising hydraulically-hardened binding agent, filler, redispersion powder and spherical, expanded-glass beads having a porous core and a water-impermeable surface, are claimed. Also claimed are (i) a cement mortar prepd. from said compsn. and water, (ii) means of manufacturing permanent structure of the cement mortar and (iii) permanent structures prepd. from the hardened mortar.
