a transformer attached to a mounting portion; a copper tape supplied on a horizontal zig through a convey roller portion and cut by a predetermined length by a cutter, the horizontal zig having a first cut groove corresponding to a ferrite core of the transformer and operated by a second cylinder; first and second vertical zigs positioned on both sides of the transformer and having second and third grooves corresponding to the external shape of the transformer, the first and second vertical zigs forwardly and reversely moved by third and fourth cylinders, respectively to the transformer; a soldering heater positioned on the upper portion of the transformer and operated by a fifth cylinder; first and second rubber rollers included in the convey roller portion and having first and second gears engaged at the one sides thereof, the first gear being engaged with a rack, which is driven by a first cylinder; a clamping positioned in an opposite direction to the mounting portion, for clamping the transformer and operated by a sixth cylinder; and a lead wire supplied for soldering the cut portion of the copper tape.
