PURPOSE:To form a gel particle by an inexpensive power supply, in a method for subjecting a small droplet of a raw soln. for producing a gel particle to induction heating during dripping to gel the same when a ceramics particle is produced through the gel particle, by applying a temp. rise necessary for gelling to the small droplet within a cavity resonator to which a microwave of industrial frequency is adapted. CONSTITUTION:A quartz pipe 14 is provided to the cavity resonator 8 connected to a power supply and a control system by a waveguide 13, and a gel particle producing raw soln. supply and small drop forming part 11 is arranged to the upper part of the resonator 8 while a receiver 12 receiving a formed gel particle is provided to the lower part of the resonator 8 and a quartz rod 14 for finely adjusting a resonation state is arranged in the resonator 8. A mechanism 15 driving the quartz rod 14 up and down is provided to the outside of the resonator 8 and the quartz rod 14 is driven by the mechanism 15 to adjust resonance frequency so as to allow the same to enter microwave frequency spectrum width. At this time, a temp. rise necessary for gelling is imparted to a small droplet of a gel particle producing raw soln. in the cavity resonator 8 to which a microwave of 2.45GHz being industrial frequency is adapted. |
