CONSTITUTION:The liquid phase diffusion joining alloy foil for the heat resistant materials which are joinable in the oxidizing atmosphere has a compsn. contg., by mass %, 6.0 to 15.0% Si, 0.1 to 2.0% Mn, 0.50 to 30.0% Cr, 0.10 to 5.0% Mo, 0.50 to 10.0% V, 0.02 to 1.05% Nb, 0.10 to 5.0% W, 0.05 to 2.0% N, 0.50 to 20.0% P and consisting of the balance Ni with impurity components and the thickness thereof is 3.0 to 300mum. As a result, the liquid phase diffusion joining joint for the heat resistant materials which permit liquid phase diffusion joining even in the oxidizing atmosphere and have high breaking strength is obtd.
