PURPOSE:To provide a new tread pattern of a pneumatic tire for a motorcycle for sporty traveling which is excellent in grip capability on dry road surfaces, especially the grip capability in high-speed turning on dry road surfaces. CONSTITUTION:In a tread pattern of a pneumatic tire for a motor cycle, substantially all grooves G are arranged in a tread center area TC which occupies approx. half a tread width in the direction from a tread center part C to both right and left tread ends S, and the negative ratio in this area is approx. 20%. Then substantially any groove is not arranged in both right and left tread end areas TS each of which occupies approx. 1/4 of the tread width in the direction from the tread end. |
