PURPOSE:To hold a flexible shaft connected to an ultrasonic transducer in such a way as not to impede the transmission of torque performed by the flexible shaft and also not to change the position of the ultrasonic transducer even if a soft member is bent by mounting the flexible shaft to the soft member in the state of the flexible shaft being pulled to a certain extent. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of a flexible shaft 23 are connected to the end face of a rotating support base 22, and the end face 26a of a rotating cylinder 26 are made as stopper parts, and a connected part to the tip cap 20a of a fixed side soft tube 20 is provided with a stopper ring. The end face of this stopper ring, and the end face 31a of a connecting cylinder 31 to which the base end part of the soft tube 20 is connected are made as locking parts. The respective stopper parts are brought into contact with the locking parts, and the spacing of both stopper parts is made shorter than the spacing of the locking parts. |
