The movable clamp jaws (2,6) have their force amplifier so formed that a prim. medium strength tightening of the jaws is produced with the aid of a mechanical screw tightening unit (13). A sec., considerably stronger tightening is obtained in the last stage of tightening, i.e. when the tightening force in the mechanical primary unit exceeds a specifically given value. The final very strong tightening of the clamp jaws occurs with the aid of a hydraulic tightening unit (14). |
