PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time of deleting processing for deleting record information for a canceled deposite account or a completely paid loan cace from a data base in a banking system for executing banking operation and to effectively utilize a file resource by more sure and flexible account erasing processing. CONSTITUTION:This account erasing device is constituted of a data base reading file 1 storing the record information of all customers such as the contents of loan cases and transaction information, a deleting transaction extracting means 2 for reading out each record from the file 1, judging a record to be deletected based upon the ID and contents of the record, outputting a retrieval key for the record to be deleted, and extracting the record to be deleted from a transaction, a customer information managing data base 3 for managing and storing all customer information, a transaction retrieval key storing file 4 for storing the retrieval keys of records judged to be deleted by the means 2 in order, and a record deleting means 5 for successively reading out records one by one based upon the retrieval keys stored in the file 4 and deleting records to be deleted from the data base 3. |
