PURPOSE:To verify model precision by performing simulation based upon the past. CONSTITUTION:An in-process data reproducing means 1 reproduces in-process data 9 on a line at specified of a specified day time from past production line result data 8 in a production management system 7. An input data reproducing means 2 extracts only the lot history of an input process from the line result data 8 by using the process name as a key to reproduce input data 10 after the specified time of the specified day. Then a simulation model generating means 3 generates simulation model data 13 corresponding to the input data format of a simulator on the basis of the in-process data 9, input data 10, master data 11 on the production line such as a process procedure and the number of facilities extracted from the production management system 7, and model input parameters 12 such as lot priority and facility operation data. |
