PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of illegal entrance to an event field and to reduce labor required for entrance to the event field or the reservation of a sheet. CONSTITUTION:Entrance to an event is reserved from a personal terminal installed in a personal home 102 to a ticket issuing center 101 through a communication line. When the reservation is received, the terminal writes data expressing the reservation of the event in an IC card 103 and subtracts an entrance rate from the balance data of the card 103. Later, a reserver brings the card 103 to an event field and inserts the card 103 into an ivent field side computer. Only when data indicating a valid reservation are written in the card 103, the event field side computer opens a gate to permit the reserver to enter. |
