PURPOSE:To decrease voltage drop in the DC power source feeding circuit by feeding power from a DC power source to a load corresponding to the conduction of the power MOSFET of P and N channels on one side and the conduction of power MOSFET of P and N channels on the other side. CONSTITUTION:The drain side of a P channel power MOSFET 1 and an N channel power MOSFET 3 is connected to a first power source terminal T1, and the drain side of a P channel power MOSFET 2 and an N channel power MOSFET 4 is connected to a second power source terminal T2. On the other hand, the sources of the P channel power MOSFET 1 and the P channel power MOSFET 2 are connected to the load side terminal T3, and the source side of the N channel power MOSFET 3 and the N channel power MOSFET 4 is connected to the load side T4. Because of this connection, the respective power MOSFET are conducted, and power is fed from a DC power source 5 to a load 6. Therefore, the voltage drop can be set low. |
