PURPOSE:To miniaturize a measuring vacuum chamber by performing rotations of Polar Angle alpha and Azimuth Angle phi of a test piece base by means of different rotation introducing shafts. CONSTITUTION:A first rotary shaft 11 is freely rotatably disposed in a side position of a test piece base 2 with a direction orthogonal to the rotational center of this test piece base 2 as a center and with the other end of a parallel member 3b fixed to the end of the test piece base 2 side. A second rotary shaft 21 is provided in a position opposite this rotary shaft 11 holding the test piece base 2 therebetween with the rotary center aligned with the first rotary shaft 11. This device is further provided with a transmission mechanism (for instance, a pair of bevel gears 4a and 4b) for transmitting the rotation of the second rotary shaft 21 and giving a rotation to the test piece base 2 and a driving mechanism (for instance, stepping motors 12 and 22) for separately giving rotations to the first and second rotary shafts 11 and 12. |
