PURPOSE:To provide an image forming device and a developing device capable of stably driving a developing roller and capable of stably supplying developer on a photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:The shaft of the developing roller 51 is inserted into the slit 71 of a frame 70 to support the roller 51, so that the roller 51 is kept in parallel to the photoreceptor 1. The shaft of a shaft gear 57 for driving the developing roller is inserted into the slit 81 of frames 80a and 80b to support and fix the shaft gear 57. Rubber bush 58 is mounted on the shaft of the shaft gear 57, so that the shaft gear 57 is elastically supported.
