PURPOSE:To certainly perform the mildly boiling operation of a material to be cooked after boiling automatically with a low power by providing an input changeover means to sink the input set after a certain delay by a timer means corresponding to the sensed temperature. CONSTITUTION:To perform a mildly boiling operation full automatically, for example making stew, an input setting means 11 is turned to the low level side and a switch 20 is put on. A changeover control circuit 17 controls transistors Tr1, Tr2 to turn Hi the level to be given to a comparator 12 though a resistance 18 having a low resistance value and performs a certain delay using a timer 21 so that the temp. sensing signal from a comparator 16 is made sensible. When a setting temp. sensing circuit 14 senses that the temp. of a cooking tool 5 become a specified level and sufficiently boiling is attained with the delayed time, the control circuit 17 controls the transistors Tr1, Tr2 and gives a Lo signal to the comparator 12 via a resistance 19 having a high resistance value so that the mildly boiling process is started. At the same time, a notifying circuit 22 gives a notice through a buzzer, etc. |
