PURPOSE:To surely function supervision and notification against occurrence of an emergency even when a power failure takes place at night or the like. CONSTITUTION:At least the supervision processing mode supervising the presence of the occurrence of an emergency and the setting processing mode initial- setting various registration items or revision-setting of them are provided as processing modes. On the occurrence of a power failure, especially a changeover processing 30 is implemented to switch a power supply section 2 to a power failure backup battery 3 and to select the mode forcibly to the supervisory mode when the processing mode other than the supervisory processing mode is selected. |
