A cardboard sheet (3) which has impressions on one or two faces has a cut-out enabling the passage of a sale object (4). The sheet is inserted between two transparent shells (1,2) which are fixed at their peripheries. The shells have rearwards directed concavities of identical shape allowing their fitting together. On their the front faces are hollow impressions corresponding to the cut-outs and fitting the shape of the object so as to hold it when the shells are assembled.The two shells are made from thin transparent moulded plastics and are assembled after placing the sheet and the object by thermo-welding the peripheral edges (8). The package has an anchoring leg enabling it to be suspended for display.
