INSULATING METHOD FOR PIPE CLAMP BY CERAMIC PASTE APPLICATION

摘要

PURPOSE:To apply ceramic paste to the pipe clamp of cooling water piping of a furnace cover of an electric furnace for melting scraps in the iron industry and colling water piping of an electrode support arm, a holder and a bus pipe as insulating materials for making it usable. CONSTITUTION:Dense aggregate (3 to 1mm) of more than 92% of Al2O3 and burned alumina fine powder are pastized by an inorganic binder and applied for clamping application.
