<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for pretreatment such as filtering, and carry out an analysis inexpensively and accurately when analyzing the constituents of a liquid, especially suspension liquid such as unfiltered or unrefined sake, by the near infrared ray analysis method. CONSTITUTION:A sample collector 1 for sampling a sample liquid is of a porous material consisting of ceramic, etc., and the porous sample collector 1 is taken out after it is dipped into the sample liquid for analyzing the constituents of the liquid. The constituents of the sample liquid sampled by the sample collector 1 are analyzed by the near infrared ray analysis method and a constituent analysis device 3 of liquid analyzes the constituents of liquid filled into a sample container 2 by the near infrared ray analysis method. Then, the porous sample collector 1 is filled into the sample container 2.</p> |
