PURPOSE:To prevent the consumption of a backup battery when the power supply from the backup battery is not necessary especially during a time period from shipping at a factory to a start of use by user. CONSTITUTION:This power supply control circuit is equipped with a FET (Q1) as means of interrupting power supply to RAM5, RTC6 and G.A7 requiring backup and a flip-flop (F/F) for driving the FET (Q1), and this flip-flop (F/F) takes in a status of D (data) terminal at a leading edge of a clock CK input and outputs the same level as D terminal's to a Q (output) terminal. Moreover, this circuit is equipped with a switch SW, resistors R1 and R2 for determining the level of D terminal, and a resistor R3 and a capacitor C1 for giving one pulse to a K terminal at the time of attaching a main battery. |
