FLANGE MEMBER AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCTION THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To maintain the high accuracy of the outside diameter and run-out of a metallic disk which fits in its outside diameter part to a fitting part formed at the end of a photosensitive drum by forming the metallic disk by press working. CONSTITUTION:A flange member 1' has the metallic disk 8 having the outside diameter part 7 engaging with the fitting part 4 formed at the end of the photosensitive drum 3. The metallic disk 8 is formed by press working. A proper number of through-holes 9 are formed at the metallic disk 8 in its thickness direction. A resin boss part 10 integrally molded with the metallic disk 8 is partitioned to two parts in the axial direction of the drum by the metallic disk 8 and is composed of an inner part 11 to the photosensitive drum 3 and outer part 12 thereto. The inner part 11 and the outer part 13 are integrally connected by a runner composed the through-holes 9. A positioning part 13 formed at the end of the photosensitive drum 3 and a contact part 14 in contact therewith are formed in the inner part 11.
