PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture, eliminate risk of failure, and maintain the heat emitting temperature constant by adhering an insulative plastic material to at least the oversurface of an electroconductive plastic member so that a covering is provided for it. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 3 is fixed to each side of a heat emitting plate 1 which is formed from electroconductive plastic, and a protection plate 2 of insulative plastic is adhered to each surface of the heat emitting plate 1. The insulative plastic may be any synthetic resin which can be a molding material, where it is thermosetting or thermoplastic, and a proper one should be selected depending upon the temp. of the plate 1. The conductive plastic may be the same as the insulative plastic used as the protection plate 2. Therein a compound of synthetic resin which is prepared by mixing and kneading a conductive substance having a specific electric resistance, for example metal ammonium oxide, graphite, etc., depending upon the intended use, with the mentioned synthetic resin is used. |
