The sealed fixing system for a cover and cladding has a set of two lower (1) and one upper (7) sections sandwiching a covering panel (5) with a sealing joint (6). The upper section can be continuous. The lower section has projections or lugs in the bottom part (4), allowing its fixing on a framework by means of fixing legs (3) without passing through the lower section.The lower section has internal lugs or projections (10) which support the upper section by locking the plate (9) on the lugs with the bolt (8). The plate thus prevents the lower section opening when loads are applied on the cover. The loads are those of its own weight and climatic overloads. The lower and upper sections have stops for holding the transverse joints.
