PURPOSE:To make the operability of an electronic keyboard, using rubber switches, excellent. CONSTITUTION:A rubber switch 1 consists of a cylindrical depression part 10 as an upper part and a swelling part 11 having an air chamber inside as a lower part. An opening part 2a is formed in a circuit board 2 fitted with this rubber switch 1, and a reed valve 3 is provided on the opening part 2a. When an actuator 4 moves down with the key pressed and the rubber switch 1 is pressed down, the swell part 11 is crushed to make the inside air flow out, but the reed valve 3 is closed to prevent the air from flowing out, thereby giving a weightiness to the key operation. When the key is turned OFF and the actuator moves up, on the other hand, the reed valve 3 is opened and the rubber switch 1 restores itself to its original shape without any resistance, thereby holding the response of the switch excellent. |
