PURPOSE:To obtain a reflection plate provided with excellent reflection properties with improved reproducibility with respect to reflection plate adopted for reflection type liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION:In the reflection plate 10 composed of the reflection layer 3 covering the one face of the base plate 1 on which a number of fine projecting part 2 are formed, the projecting part 2 is constituted so as to form the multilayer film 20 consisting of plural layer provided with the different etching rate the larger as the higher the position of the layer by patterning with the same etching liquid, and so as to determine the inclined angle formed by the side face of the projecting part 2 and the base plate surface by the patterning applying the photolithography method suitable to the micro working. |
