OUTPUT WAVEFORM CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To output a pulse width appropriately corresponding to not only boring work but also cutting work and welding work in an output waveform control system for processing waveform data from CNC to produce a pulse wave and outputting the pulse wave to oscillate a laser pulse beam. CONSTITUTION:Waveform data transferred from CNC 10 is inputted to a time- width allotment means 21 provided in a laser oscillator 20. The time-width allotment means 21 allots a time width DELTAT which is set to an arbitrary width in advance to each step of the waveform data W. The time width DELTAT is alloted in sequence from the short side and transferred to a pulse wave generating means 22. The pulse wave generating means 22 generates a pulse wave P1 from the incoming waveform data W. The generated pulse wave P1 is constituted of 20 pulse segments, and a nonuniform time width DELTAT is allotted to each pulse segment.
