PURPOSE:To make correcting operation for both auxiliary data and semi-master data to be corrected efficient by referring to the auxiliary data which affect the format of the derived semimaster data in preprocessing when master data generated by the preprocessing are corrected. CONSTITUTION:When the semimaster data (data part 38) generated through the syntax analyzing process of a main frame are corrected at the time of the correction of family register data, a detailed data part 36 and a family register and identity item contents part 37 generated in a previous stage such as the syntax analyzing process are displayed together with the data part 38 so that they can be referred to, the editing of consistency can be confirmed, and the detailed data part 36 or family register and identity item contents part 37 is allowed. When the detailed data part 36 or family register and identity item contents part 38 is edited, the field constitution or data contents of the corresponding data part 38 are automatically updated corresponding to the editing. |
