METHOD FOR DECREASING COLORING IN ABSORBING MATERIAL LAYER OF TESTING DEVICE AND ABSORBING MATERIAL LAYER PROCESSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy of detection by saturating a detecting system enzyme of an absorbing layer an absorbing material layer with a solution, including with a solution perculiarly containing enzyme inhibitor to restrain coloring in the absorber layer and reducing a background color in the case of detection. CONSTITUTION: All reactive bodies necessary for generating colors exist in an absorbing material layer. Since generation of coloring is not desirable in the absorbing material layer, the generation of the background color of the absorbing material layer can be reduced by adding various reagents into the absorbing material layer. When an enzyme base detection system is used, the generation of coloring in the absorbing material layer can be minimized by saturating the enzyme selected for detection using a characteristic enzyme inhibitor. Alkaliphosphatase carries out the hydrolysis of many various phosphates, and is the enzyme having relatively wide peculiarity. The reduction in the generation of the background color in the case of detecting the enzyme using an inhibitor facilitates discrimination between a weak positive result and negative result. The inhibition of enzyme normalizes the generation of background color in the absorbing material.
