<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling work and besides, adapt a solenoid valve to multikind and small-quantity production too, and reduce the manufacture cost by improving the parts shape of a solenoid valve and the locking mechanism between the parts. CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped yoke 3 is inserted along the upper and lower end plates 11 and 12 of a coil spool 1 where on an electromagnetic coil 2 is wound. The yoke 3 is made so that the upper part may engage with the flexible circular projecting frames 11a made at the open rims of a winding hole 13, so the support of the shaft of the mobile iron core 4 and the support of the yoke 3 are made at the same time. The yoke 3 is provided with a guide 33 extended upward, and a stop part 33a is made at the top. A mobile plate 7 fixed to the mobile iron core 4 is equipped with a guided part 72 corresponding to the guide part 33, and is supported capably of shifting up and down.</p> |
