| 摘要 |
New defective recombinant adenovirus comprises inverted terminal repeat (ITR) sequences; a sequence allowing encapsidation and a heterologous DNA sequence (I). The E1 gene and at least one of the E2, E4, L1-L5 genes are non-functional. Also new are cell lines, infectable by an adenovirus, having integrated into their genome functions needed to complement the new defective virus.
