CIRCUIT STRUCTURE WITH FLEXIBLE CIRCUIT HAVING BONDED ELASTOMER MEMBER AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: To enable a circuit structure to be used together with an elastomer element by bonding a plurality of metallic pad members for fixing selected pad members to one of the upright part of the elastomer member to a flexible circuit, in the position of the conductive member. CONSTITUTION: Individual pad members are bonded to a layer 11. The bonding force after hardening of the elastomer between the pad member, and the layer 11 below it is smaller than the bonding force between the pad member and the elastomer. For example, a cylindrical pad 13 is made. The pattern of the pad member is bonded to the layer 11 in such form that the layer 11 can be removed after formation of the circuit structure. Accordingly, it is important to bond at to the layer 11 with sufficient force to separate it from the layer 11, after bonding each pad member effectively to the elastomer material. Then, it is guaranteed by a bonding agent based on silicone.
