PURPOSE:To advance space-saving, high efficiency, lowering of cost, ease of replacement, and saving of resources while it is seen to that the product can easily be set in existing equipment. CONSTITUTION:A filter body 7 is enclosed at the sides with a frame 8 to form an integral air filter A, which can be interposed between flanges 3, 4 respectively of ducts 1, 2. The filter body 7 is formed by sandwiching an activated-carbon filter layer 11 between two cottonlike filter layers 9, 10 and by covering the two outer sides respectively with nets 12, 13 and as an integral body by being sewn together with a thread. The texture of the cottonlike filter layers 9, 10 is given a density gradient having greater density downstream. A germicidal lamp 40 is provided on the upstream side of the filter body 7. |
